Our Holiday Villa is situated on the prestigious Highlands Reserve Development, Orlando, Florida and is only 10 minutes away from Disney World and 30 minutes from Universal Studio's, Sea World & Discovery Cove. It's approximately 40 minutes drive from Orlando International airport and 1hour from Tampa International airport.

Our spacious 2-storey luxurious villa off the exclusive Santa Barbara range is one of the biggest villas on the estate and sits on a large plot overlooking the conservation area.  The accommodation offers over 3454 square feet comprising 5/6 bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 guests. The property is fully air-conditioned, has 3 full bathrooms, lounge, dining room, breakfast nook, fully fitted kitchen and screened private swimming pool. You will find everything you need in order to make your perfect Florida vacation a dream come true.

Highlands Reserve boasts a par 72 Championship Standard Golf Course, clubhouse and driving range - a golfers' paradise. The course is a Mike Dasher design and is host to a PGA qualifier and numerous tournaments and events throughout the year.

Highlands Reserve also has a children's playground and tennis courts on site.  There is a Publix supermarket & shops within 10 minutes walk from our villa.
